1. Report for briefing, well groomed.
2. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
3. Present menus to the guest.
4. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
5. Collect, clean, polish and stack cutlery, crockery and glassware at the sideboard.
6. Assist stewards in table layouts.
7. Replenish water jugs and ice buckets.
8. Check non- available items from the kitchen and bar.
9. Help in receiving and seating guests in the allotted station.
10. Pick-up food from the kitchen and deposit it at the sideboard.
11. Provide assistance to steward during service.
12. Replenish water goblets of guests.
13. Independently conduct service if required.
14. Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
15. Deliver food orders to a variety of customers in a timely manner..
16. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters; take them to kitchen for cleaning.
17. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.
18. Provide guests with information about local areas, including giving directions or assistance.
19. Push sales ,today’s special promotion.
20. Greetings and collecting customer feedbacks.
21. Uphold our food health safety and sanitation principles.
